The Cortado was amazing, I would say the best I have ever had. When traveling I always try and find a local coffee shop to try out. I already can’t wait to come back. Got a bag of beans for the road and even a small sample of the espresso they were using that day from the roaster.

Hazelnut prailine latte is amazing! Their espresso was of the darker variety with some fruit notes on the backend. Followed with a surprisingly great burrito of sweet potato and chorizo. Worth returning to try more of them, along with all their pastries on display. I ended my work session at the cozy cafe with a toasted coconut latte. Great flavor with none of the weird bitterness you get from the Bucks. Lastly, I have to complain about the parking situation because of the limited options if you want to visit just for coffee and not to walk around. The cafe parking is in the back with like 5 spots total. The only other options are limited side streets or to pay to park at the Railway lot. I'm definitely going to become a regular here.

Needed a pick-me-up after lunch today, and stumbled upon Goodman Coffee Roasters in St. Elmo. Let me tell you, it was the perfect pit stop. These guys are serious about their coffee, and it shows. I grabbed a latte, and it was a total game-changer. None of that burnt bitterness you get from the big chains. This was smooth, rich, and perfectly sweet – just the right amount of kick to chase away the afternoon slump. My taste buds thanked me! The atmosphere at Goodman's is on point too. It's casual and inviting, a great place to relax and recharge for a bit. They even roast their own beans in-house, which is pretty darn cool. You can tell they're passionate about what they do, and that passion translates into a fantastic cup of coffee. Look, if you're tired of the same old routine from the big coffee chains, Goodman Coffee Roasters is a must-try. Great coffee, chill vibes, and people who clearly love what they do. What more could you ask for in an afternoon pick-me-up? I'll definitely be back for another latte (or maybe an espresso, gotta stay sharp!) soon. 5 stars from this happy customer.

Goodman’s is an amazing third wave coffee shop! My wife and I stopped by at Goodman‘s Coffee Roasters in Saint Elmo on our way home through Chattanooga. I’m a coffee connoisseur, so I am always on the hunt for speciality cafes in my vicinity. We read about this coffee roaster & cafe online and decided it was worth our time. We were certainly not disappointed – in fact, we were blown away! When we walked into the quaint store front, the barista greeted us warmly. I was drawn to their whole beans on the shelf and inquired about the roast and processing of their various coffees, so the barista contacted their expert roaster, Tyler, who was super friendly and answered my (many) questions about their coffee beans and roasting process. Tyler even invited me to see his roasting equipment! After nerding out about coffee with Tyler for quite a while, I was thrilled to then go and order my coffee. I got their drip Honduras (natural process) and my wife ordered a latte (the espresso blend includes Guava Banana). Both drinks were excellent! The drip coffee was clean and bright with hints of fruitiness and sweetness. My wife said the espresso tasted like banana bread—a delicious treat! As you can see from the pics, we’re taking home several different bags of coffee I was so excited about the guava banana that I couldn’t even wait till we got home to open the bag! What a rich, pleasing aroma! You can see the beans look fresh and nicely roasted from the picture. Next time you’re in Chatt Town, it’s well worth your time to visit Goodman’s! We certainly will be returning soon!

Visited on a rainy day so unfortunately did not get to enjoy the back patio. However the inside is still cozy! I got the ham and cheese croissant which was delicious. Also, as a basic white girl, I appreciate that they have pumpkin flavoring all year round!! My pumpkin pie latte was great!

I have had such good luck with coffee in Chattanooga and Goodman just added to that good luck streak. They still serve lattes in ceramic mugs, an art that seems to be going by the wayside. Not only is it more environmentally responsible, it just tastes better. I got a plain latte with oat milk and my husband got a vanilla latte with oat milk. We also got two muffins: chocolate chip and blueberry. They both got two thumbs up from our three year old. The vibe definitely matched Chattanooga’s off-beat vibe. But the best thing about the coffee shop was how affordable it was! Two coffees and two muffins for less than 15. I’m gonna pack up my house in Nashville and just move here. I spent nearly 50 the other day on coffees and a pair of wraps in my hometown. Keep Chattanooga weird and keep buying your coffee at Goodman.

I consider myself a regular here. Some of the best coffee in all of Chattanooga, or really anywhere I’ve been. A blueberry white chocolate scones with a fresh brew on a cool crisp morning is absolute perfection. All of the staff are super welcoming and professional. Highly recommend trying out Goodmans Coffee for yourself!
